Yoga for the spirit….

 encourages compassion, empathy and builds awareness of the world around us. 
                                                                                                              
123 kids yoga classes encourage creativity and imagination, while integrating songs, music, storytelling, games, creative movement and yoga poses in a structured, non competitive, energetic atmosphere.

123 kids yoga are fun, relaxing and educational.
