123 Kids Yoga with Mai Meret
As an early childhood educator, Mai Meret has taught 2 1/2 to 9 year olds in the public and private school sector for 27 years and practiced yoga for 9 years. Through 123 Kids Yoga Mai Meret provides a safe, responsive, creative and loving environment where children can be introduced to and experience the fun and benefits of yoga. During this interview we talk about yoga for kids to enhance community, creativity, learning, self esteem, body awareness and health and well-being.
